Sheet Nesting & Waste Optimization
You send the parts list or DXF files, the sheet size and material. We nest the parts to cut the number of sheets and the scrap. You receive layout files for the cutting machine, a waste report with the scrap rate, and a sheet count summary for ordering material. Two revision rounds are included.

What files do I send?
DXF files of each part with quantities, the sheet size and thickness, and any rules such as grain direction or minimum spacing.
How much material will I save?
It depends on the part shapes and quantities. The report shows the actual scrap rate for your job so you can compare it with your current method.
