Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply to every service you order from Ismael's Jobs (ismaelsjobs.com), operated by Ismail Sari. By placing an order or approving a quote you agree to them. A written quote can add to or change these terms; if they conflict, the quote wins.

Quotes and scope

Published prices on this site cover the scope described on each service page. A written quote states the scope, price and delivery date, and is valid for 30 days.

If you ask for more than the agreed scope, we quote the extra work separately before doing it. Nothing extra is billed without your approval.

Ordering and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Work starts once payment is received. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments stated in the quote.

We currently accept bank transfer. Payment details appear on your order page; we never ask for card details by email or chat.

An invoice is issued for every payment. Any taxes that apply in your country are shown at checkout or on the quote.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times are shown on each service page and confirmed in the quote. They start when we have your payment and the materials we need from you.

Each service includes the revision rounds stated on its page. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope; new requirements are quoted separately.

Delivered work is considered accepted 10 business days after delivery unless you report a defect. We fix defects in our own work at no charge.

Monthly plans and subscriptions

Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

Software subscriptions include a 14-day period in which you can cancel for a full refund of the first payment.

Advertising budgets, platform fees and third-party licenses are paid by you directly to the provider unless the quote says otherwise.

Refunds

If we have not started the work, you can cancel and receive a full refund. Once work has started, completed milestones are not refundable, but unused prepaid amounts are refunded.

If we fail to deliver what was agreed and cannot fix it, you get your money back for the undelivered part.

Ownership

When payment is complete, you own the code, designs, drawings, files and content we create specifically for you. We may keep a copy for our records and support.

Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock assets, platforms) remain under their own licenses, which we list on delivery.

We may show the work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use the files, text, images and data you send us, and you are responsible for that content.

Use of AI

We use AI tools to work faster. Every deliverable is reviewed by a person before it reaches you. We do not use your confidential files to train public AI models.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do your job. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share sensitive material.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for doing the agreed work with professional care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Our total liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Results that depend on third parties — search rankings, ad performance, marketplace approval — are not guaranteed.

Ending the work

Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that date, and we hand over everything finished so far.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first — we answer within one business day and work to resolve it in good faith. The governing law and venue for a project are stated in its written quote.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. The terms in force on the day you order apply to that order.
