We build a bottom-up cost estimate for each part from material, process time and typical shop rates. We then compare other ways of making the same parts and suggest design or process changes that reduce cost. You receive a per-part cost breakdown, process alternatives and a list of savings proposals with estimated impact. Two revision rounds are included.
