Who we are

Ismael's Jobs (ismaelsjobs.com) is operated by Ismail Sari. We provide software, AI, design, engineering, data and marketing services to businesses. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, company, phone number, country, the description of the job and any files you attach to a quote request, order or chat message.

Account information: if you create an account, your email address, a securely hashed password (we never store it in plain text) and your order and invoice history.

Order and billing information: the services you order, amounts, billing name and address, tax ID if you provide one, and the bank transfer reference you send us. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Usage information: pages visited, referring page and an approximate country. In our own statistics your IP address is never stored in raw form — it is hashed with a key that changes every day, so a visit cannot be traced back to you.

Google Analytics: we also use Google Analytics 4 to see aggregate traffic (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). Google processes this data under its own privacy policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare quotes, deliver the work you order, send invoices and provide support.

To run and secure the site: preventing fraud and abuse, keeping sign-in secure and fixing errors.

To understand which pages are useful, using our own first-party statistics and Google Analytics. We do not use advertising trackers and we never sell analytics data.

We send service emails about your request or order. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a sign-in session cookie (if you sign in), a chat session cookie (if you use the chat), a partner referral cookie (if you arrive through a partner link), and a preference cookie that remembers your display settings.

Google Analytics sets its own measurement cookies (named _ga). We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information.

We share data only with providers that run the service for us, under confidentiality obligations: our hosting and network provider (Cloudflare and our cloud server provider), Google (Analytics), our email provider, and — when you ask the AI chat a question — the AI model provider that generates the reply.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and chat messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless they lead to an order.

Orders and invoices: as long as accounting and tax law requires (usually up to 10 years).

Uploaded files: kept for the duration of the job and deleted on request once the work is delivered.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a specific purpose. Email us and we reply within 30 days.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to know, delete and correct your information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

EU and UK residents: our legal bases are performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the site, and your consent where we ask for it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site runs on HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed, uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder and can be opened only by authorized staff, and admin access is restricted and logged.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date below. Significant changes are announced on this page before they take effect.
