Scan-to-BIM
You send point-cloud data from a laser scan of an existing building. We process it and build a measured 3D model in BIM-compatible format, checking key dimensions against the scan. The model replaces repeated site measuring and gives architects and facility managers a reliable base for renovation, compliance or space planning. Two revision rounds are included.
Who it is for: Architects, facility managers and owners of existing buildings who already have scan data and need an accurate model from it.

About this service
Do you do the laser scanning?
No. You provide the scan data (E57, RCP or similar). We build the model from it.
How do you price different building sizes?
The price covers a typical small building. Larger or more complex sites are quoted from the point-cloud size before work starts.
