As-Built Documentation
As-built documentation records a building the way it actually stands today, which is often different from old plans. You send us measurements, sketches, photos or existing drawings of the space. We draw measured floor plans, sections and elevations and deliver them as clean, editable CAD files. These drawings are a reliable base for renovation design, lease work or facility records. Two revision rounds are included.
Who it is for: Building owners, tenants and designers who need accurate drawings of an existing space before renovating or planning work.

About this service
How accurate are the drawings?
They are only as accurate as the measurements and photos you supply. We flag any dimensions that do not close or look inconsistent so you can re-check them.
How is the price calculated?
By the gross floor area of the space documented, per m2 (1 m2 is about 10.76 sq ft).
