Complete Manufacturing Package
We prepare the full document set for a manufacturer to quote and produce your product. We create or complete the 2D and 3D CAD files, draw each part with dimensions and GD&T tolerances, document the assembly and list every part in a bill of materials. Files are delivered in DXF, STEP and PDF. Two revision rounds are included.
Who it is for: Product companies handing a design to a factory or workshop who need one complete, consistent set of documents.

How many parts can a package cover?
Typically a product with up to about 20 unique parts. Larger products are quoted after we review the model.
What do I need to provide?
Your design as a 3D model, or detailed sketches and dimensions, plus the materials and the manufacturing processes you plan to use.
