BIM / Revit Modeling
We build your architectural design as a Revit BIM model at LOD 200-300. The model has organized layers, custom component families and automatic quantity takeoffs, and we run a clash check of the modeled elements. It replaces manual measuring and gives contractors and consultants one consistent model. Two revision rounds are included.

CAD drawings, sketches or an existing model with plans, sections and elevations. Missing information is flagged with questions before modeling.
How is the price calculated?
By gross floor area, per m2 (1 m2 is about 10.76 sq ft). Complex geometry may be quoted separately.
