The scope, price and delivery date written in the quote are binding. If the scope grows later, the new item is quoted separately.

Work starts after payment; long projects are split into stages. An invoice is issued for every job.

All rights to delivered code, design, drawings and content pass to the client once payment is complete.

The client is assumed to hold the rights to any files and information they send; the client is responsible for third-party copyright.

Monthly plans are not a software sale: they are a monthly software development, maintenance, support and data processing service. The fee covers the service actually performed that month.
